Well, the google code project is pretty slow. i hope to get to it soon. For now i keep getting asked more and more about hacking and that stuff. i won’t ever teach someone to “hack’ a website or MySpace, because its not right for one, and two I suck at it. i will teach to hack devices like PSP’s, iPhones, iTouches, etc. reason for that is it only helps them and doesn’t hurt anyone else but the big corps. So over a bit, I will be adding a full hacking tutorial section. Keep an eye out for your favorite devices or game console. BTW, i won’t link to game or ROM dumps, so please don’t ask. If you want them, google or go to a torrent site.

Well I just got back from visiting family for two weeks and am ready to roll. I got to thinking about a new site layout. Very soon I will be in the works of a new web 2.0 site with js animations through scriptaculous/prototype or jquery. One reason for this is because I got tired of not being able to make any pages at derrickhammer.com/blah because of the seo rewrites the blog uses. I am also soon going to work on a script that i call EZ H.U.M.S. EZ Hammer User Management System. In shorts its going to be a n00b friendly member system. You can restrict pages with it and other stuff. I will post updates about the site make over very soon, and maybe some screen shots too. Also my last post on the iphone 3g faq stuff is not completly true. Turns out I was mistaken on the fact that only iphones have basebands, and now they have 3.0 jailbroken and unlocked. DO NOT upgrade to 3.1 though. The update upgrades you baseband and makes apple a happy dog. Dev-Team are releasing tools for the 3.1 fix soon. This was taken directly from their blog http://blog.iphone-dev.org.

ok, I have been reading up on some stuff. I have found a way to get free and legal music with the power of Google. this is not a joke, trick, or a form of “rickroll”. I have personally tested it. So how? Well to do it minorly complicated, but I have made a ie/firefox search engine for it. That is a custom search that will go into ur browser. You know.. The search bar to the right. Well custom search engines can be made and installed. This is mine. So no more torrents, frostwire/limewire, or anything of this sort. Come on the legal side under the terms that it is still totally FREE!

Instructions:

Click here to install my search

Hey. Well I have decided to merge derricksjunkyard.com with this site to bring everything together. So I found an e-commerce that give me a full store for my blog and even supports selling downloads.

So a guy that im’ed me yesterday wanted a shout out script. He refered to it as a “html shoutout script”. NEWSFLASH, html is not a programming language. Java script is a client side language meaning you run it in your browser to make use of it. PHP which powers this site is a server-side language, meaning that it is installed on the server hosting this site. You have to use a mix of html and PHP or something similar to have a shout out script. js is optional. but still, the guy did not even have a web host! I was going to charge $20-25, but 1 who would use it/see if if he couldnt put it on the web, and 2 what in the freakin world would he do it.

But anyway, since I got that idea I will be having that script under development. It will be $25 dollars.

See ya

So this is a full guide on hacking the wii.

What you need:

A Wii of course

“The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess” Wii game

a SD memory card with preferably 1 gig of space.

Twlight Hack

Homebrew Channel Installer

FIRST

DO NOT EVER UPGRADE YOUR WII VERSION UNLESS SAID OTHERWISE AT wiibrew.org !!!!

NOW On to the real hacking

you need to backup you wii save game data for the twlight game. so make sure that your SD card is in your wii and go to Wii -> Data Management -> Save Data -> Wii

Now copy the game save to the SD card.

put the sd card into a camera or or memory card reader if you have one and copy the game save to the computer by copying the “private” folder to the computer.

Europe/Australia (EUR)

RVL-RZDP-0A-0 JPN

/private/wii/title/rzdp/data.bin

Twilight Hack

Asia (JPN)

RVL-RZDJ-0A-0 JPN

/private/wii/title/rzdj/data.bin

Twilight Hack

America (USA)

RVL-RZDE-0A-0 JPN

/private/wii/title/rzde/data.bin

TwilightHack0

America (USA)

RVL-RZDE-0A-0 USA

/private/wii/title/rzde/data.bin

TwilightHack0

America (USA)

RVL-RZDE-0A-2 USA

/private/wii/title/rzde/data.bin

TwilightHack2

use that table taken from wiibrew.org . Copy the correct folder to the private/wii/title folder. You will know which one to copy by looking at your twlight game cd. On the data size of the cd, in the center there will be a serial. Depending on your region and serial, you need to copy the corresponding folder.

download the homebrew channel from the link above. you need 7zip to extract it. 7zip is totally free unlike winzip or winrar, so google 7zip. copy everything from the archive to the root of your SD card.

Now put the SD card into your wii. Put in the twlight game. run it. now select the game save you need. if the last digit of your serial on the game is 0, select Twlight Hack0. If it had a 2 as the last digit, Twlight Hack2 is what you need.

Now go twards the guy, and BAMM, it will install. follow the onscreen instructions and you have hacked you wii AND have the Homebrew Channel!
